This privacy policy explains how NiO Pictures ("we", "us") collects and uses information through this chat widget.

What We Collect

When you voluntarily submit the contact form in this chat, we collect:

• Your email address (required)
• Your phone number (optional)
• Session type — Portrait, Family, Event, or Corporate (required)
• Preferred session date (required)
• Preferred session time — morning, afternoon, or evening (required)
• The timestamp of your submission

How We Use It

We use this information solely to:

• Follow up with you about photography services
• Respond to your inquiry

What We Don't Do

• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not share your data with advertisers
• We do not use your data for marketing without your consent

Data Storage

Your information is stored securely in a private Google Sheet accessible only to NiO Pictures. We retain your data for up to 12 months or until you request deletion.

Booking confirmation emails are sent via Resend, an email delivery service. Please review Resend's privacy policy for details on how they handle data.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at niopictureskaty@gmail.com.

Chat Conversations

Chat messages are processed by OpenAI's API to generate responses. We retain conversation transcripts as described in "Conversation Logs" below. Please review OpenAI's privacy policy for details on how they handle data.

Conversation Logs

We log the full chat transcript — your messages and the assistant's replies — to secure cloud storage (Cloudflare KV) so we can review conversations for quality, troubleshoot issues, and confirm booking details you've shared with us.

If you share personal details during a conversation — such as your name, email, phone number, or session preferences — that information becomes part of the stored transcript. See "Data Storage" above for how we handle information submitted through the booking form specifically.

Transcripts are automatically deleted 90 days after your conversation, with no action required on your part.
